Our supplier’s commitment to crafting custom-made, high-quality garments ensures that each piece is meticulously designed to provide the utmost comfort and protection. As a result, the standard lead time for these specialised garments ranges from 4 to 8 weeks. We firmly believe that this waiting period is a testament to the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into creating every garment, guaranteeing you receive a truly personalised and superior product. If you are ordering from our ‘in-stock clearance garment range’ your order should be delivered to you within a week of a purchase order being submitted, subject to availability.
Standard shipping charge is 3% of the order value. With a minimum shipping fee of £25.00 per order.
We deliver to UK Mainland only via a third-party delivery company. Please ask us before placing an order if you would like to check your delivery address is eligible.
Product returns may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion based on individual situations. Any product returns that result in a credit, will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge on the original invoice value. To discuss a return, please contact us directly.
