Terms and Conditions
This free draw is open to all UK entries.
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received at the 2023 BIR and BSIR events and will be contacted to choose their prize using the contact method provided (email or phone.) The winner must respond within ten working days to claim their prize.
The winner can select either a Balance Vest and Skirt Apron set (AP-VS), or Back Relief Apron (AP-BR,) Prolite 0.35mm. Additional customisations, including (but not limited to) different thickness options, embroidery, thyroid collar and fabrics, can be purchased additionally, at a reduced rate of 30% off.
Entries will close on 10th November, 2023 at 23:59.
No cash alternative is available, and no purchase is necessary.
If discounted customisations are requested, the winner must ensure payment of the remaining balance is made to APC Cardiovascular Ltd according to the standard payment terms of 30 days before the garment is delivered. Please contact our Accounts department for more information and full payment details.
Delivery will only be made to a UK-registered hospital or similar delivery address.
By entering the competition, you give consent for APC Cardiovascular to contact you for marketing purposes. You have the right to refuse or withdraw consent at any time by emailing lwright@apccv.com
The competition is not open to APC employees or their family members.
APC Cardiovascular (promoter) reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend the competition but would only do so if deemed necessary by the CEO.
